At All Sportz, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and positive environment for everyone involved. All players, coaches, officials, and parents are expected to uphold good sportsmanship by maintaining a positive attitude and speaking respectfully to all participants.
Encouraging a Positive Environment
Youth sports are a powerful tool for developing physical, mental, and social skills—not just about winning games. We ask that everyone contributes to a supportive atmosphere by following these guidelines:
Support, Don’t Pressure: Focus on the development and enjoyment of the game rather than the outcome.
Cheer for Everyone: Offer positive encouragement to all players, regardless of which team they’re on.
Respect Decisions: Accept the rulings of officials without protest and help young athletes understand the importance of doing the same.
Interacting with Officials
Officials are a vital part of the game, and their decisions must be respected at all times.
Do Not Argue: Only a team captain or coach may respectfully approach an official, and only during a break or after the match.
Remain Respectful: All communication with officials must be calm and professional.
Sportsmanship & Respect
Sports provide an opportunity to grow, learn, and have fun. That spirit should be at the heart of every interaction.
Enjoy the Game: Emphasize participation, learning, and enjoyment over results.
Treat Others with Respect: This includes coaches, players, officials, spectators, and event staff.
No Verbal Abuse: Taunting, provoking, or attempting to distract opponents is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Control Your Temper: Emotional outbursts, disrespectful language, or unsportsmanlike behavior have no place in our events.
Commitment to Fair Play
Everyone involved in All Sportz events is expected to:
Play by the Laws of the Game: Know and honor the rules of play at all times.
Promote a Safe Environment: Help ensure a supportive atmosphere free from verbal or physical abuse.
All attendees at All Sportz events are required to follow this Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the event and potential disqualification from future participation.
